Who are masters in their chosen field of studies with Masters and other professional certificates that enable them to function at the highest level of academic excellence. City Model compliments them by also organizing: Workshop on different area of education including train-the-trainer programme

Parent and Teacher Association (PTA)
One of the success factor that has placed the School in high regard both with the Ministry of Education board, Rivers State, home and abroad is her enduring and dynamic PTA who are punctual and full of ideas during the meetings of which the school management takes its time to scrutinize and later implement the ones that are beneficial to all parties.
However, the School also compliments them by:
- Organizing regular PTA (usually not common in our environment)
- Open day - for parents to see for themselves during the school hours how their children are doing in school. It is also an avenue for close interaction, compliant and compliments between teacher, parent and child
- Organise Mothers Day - featuring series of lectures on Parenting, Managing their children school assignments, special subjects like phonics etc.

Relationships with other Schools and Government
City Model Schools in her bid to expose her children to the outside world to be able to compete favorably with others, engage the children in various extra-curricular activities with other schools. These are:
